By registering for classes with Atlantic Beach Arts Market, Inc. (henceforth referred to as ABAM), I agree to and understand the following terms:
Unforeseen Concerns
ABAM accepts no responsibility for the loss of personal belongings or items, nor for any damages to personal property. ABAM holds no liability for any injuries, including but not limited to bodily injury.
These terms include, but are not limited to any instances involving damages to clothing or other personal belongings caused by art supplies used in the classes.
Photography and Videography
I agree and understand that photos and/or videos might be taken during classes at ABAM. Accordingly, I authorize ABAM to capture images and/or videos of myself and my project/artwork. All images and videos are for exclusive use for ABAM to utilize on the website, social media, and for advertising of future classes.
