Watercolor Birds Workshop with Linda Hawkins

This fun 2 1/2-hour class will cover fundamental watercolor techniques and you will leave with an original painting of a lovely bird. You can create a watercolor bird painting even if you’ve never painted, haven’t painted since you were a kid or are a beginner. You will learn painting techniques like color mixing, wet-on-wet, wet-on-dry & more. No painting or drawing experience is required. Linda will show you how to transfer the provided photo reference onto the watercolor paper making it easy to get a great likeness of your selected bird. Then she will guide you, helping define the right colors, showing you how to mix them, when to work wet or dry. Then helping you to put the final touches on your original watercolor bird painting.
