Blue Chalcedony Pendant + Chain Workshop

In this workshop, students will learn all the steps for making a gorgeous blue chalcedony pendant. Students will:
- Choose the size of the stone
- Learn to solder the bezel and bail onto the back plate
- Learn to mount the stone
- Stamp the metal with their initials and the sterling mark
A 24” chain will be provided to each student, making the necklace ready to wear at the end of the class! It is a fun class for you and your friends to take to create similar but distinctly different pendants.
Everything you need in the workshop will be supplied in the cost of the class.
Please come equipped with glasses/reading glasses if you need them. We are going to be doing close up work and you really need to see what you are doing!
Hair that easily falls into your eyes and long hair will have to be pulled back somehow during the workshop.
This class is best suited for ages 16 and up.
Chain length: 24″. Length can be adjusted in class, if necessary.
