Art Inspired by the Sea – Kid’s Summer Art Camp with Ms. Christy *SOLD OUT*

In this five-day art camp, young artists will create art inspired by the sea! Join me for a week full of drawing, painting, cutting, sewing, glueing and decorating as we create sea creatures in their habitats, both mythical and real.
This workshop occurs from 10:00 am to 1:30 pm, daily, from Monday, July 11th to Friday, July 15th.
A snack will be provided each day. Campers will need to bring a reusable water bottle and lunch.
Ages: 5 and up
Class Cost: $200* for the week (supplies included)

Instructor: Christy Maurer
Instructor bio: “Ms. Christy” has been building a community of young artists at Atlantic Beach Arts Market since 2019. She has a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education from the University of North Florida and has been teaching children for over 20 years. She believes in the Reggio Emilia approach to learning through discovery. She believes in the healing power of nature and being mindful. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, practicing yoga, reading, cooking, and walking her dog, Ziggy.
